An experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney is sought to join a dedicated eDiscovery attorney team at a leading US law firm, based in Chicago and supporting case teams across multiple offices. This role is central to the firm's discovery operations and offers immediate, hands-on engagement with active matters.

The position involves advising case teams on eDiscovery best practices, scoping discovery, addressing preservation and collection issues, and managing document reviews and productions end to end. The attorney will also contribute to fact development in support of litigation strategy.

This is a strong fit for a discovery-focused attorney who enjoys working collaboratively across offices and practice groups while serving as a trusted resource on the technical and procedural dimensions of electronic discovery.

5+ years of experience in traditional eDiscovery, document review management, and fact development
Admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing, or eligible for admission
Demonstrated ability to advise on eDiscovery best practices, discovery scoping, and preservation and collection issues
Experience managing review and production workflows across complex matters
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with case teams across multiple offices
