A highly regarded Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced employment associate to join its Employment & Labor group in Boston. The team counsels employers across multiple industries on a wide array of federal, state, and local workplace requirements.

The associate will handle significant responsibility across all phases of employment litigation — including discrimination, wage-and-hour, non-compete, and breach-of-contract matters — before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, the role involves everyday HR and compliance counseling, drafting employment policies and agreements, conducting investigations, and delivering compliance training.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced practice offering direct client exposure and the chance to advise business leaders on complex workplace issues, including equity-based and deferred compensation compliance matters.

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
At least three years of employment law experience
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Massachusetts bar
Experience litigating employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
Experience advising employers on employment-related compliance
Experience drafting employment policies and agreements
Experience conducting investigations and delivering compliance training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong judgment and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
