Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking an employment associate to join its Boston employment & labor team. The role offers substantive litigation and advisory work across discrimination, wage-and-hour, non-compete and breach of contract matters, plus counseling on everyday HR and compliance issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative forums, drafting policies and employment agreements, conducting investigations and training, and providing clients with practical, business-focused employment advice.

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts
At least 3 years of employment law experience
Experience litigating employment matters in state/federal courts and administrative agencies
Experience advising employers on compliance, drafting policies/agreements, conducting investigations, and delivering trainings
Strong written/verbal communication, judgment, organization, and teamwork skills
