Our firm, a full-service Am Law 100 practice with a national footprint, is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our Minneapolis office. This is an immediate opening for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills, a solid academic background, and proven research abilities. You should be a self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation is tailored to experience and market, with national base salary ranges for associates from $100,000 to $165,000, and for senior counsel or of counsel from $140,000 to $215,000.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Minnesota
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment and labor law
Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Excellent research abilities and a strong academic background
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred
