A highly regarded law firm is seeking a driven associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its dynamic Employment Group in Northern California. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and handle cutting-edge employment matters while working directly with corporate clients.

The role spans pre-litigation matters, high-profile single-plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage-and-hour class actions, and representative actions. You will also respond to administrative charges, counsel clients across a broad range of employment issues, and play an active role managing complex cases.

Mid-level associates in this position take and defend depositions, appear at important hearings, argue motions, and handle mediations. The firm values collegiality, offers strong training and mentoring, and encourages lawyers to build rewarding practices both professionally and personally.

3–5 years of employment litigation experience at a peer law firm
Strong background in single-plaintiff, discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/representative action matters
Exceptional academic credentials and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Membership in the State Bar of California
Highly motivated, creative, practical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
