Senior partner hire to lead and grow an Employee Benefits practice with a strong ESOP focus in the Houston office. The role combines client advisory work on a full range of benefit plan matters with responsibility for developing and managing a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of client relationships, lead complex plan design and regulatory matters, and coordinate cross-office resources on multi-jurisdictional engagements. There is significant opportunity to shape practice strategy and originate new work in the region.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level track record in employee benefits and ESOP matters
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills in the Houston market
  • Ability to lead and mentor associates and collaborate across offices
