We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer with 4–6 years PQE to join our market-leading Employment Practice in a newly established team. This role involves working closely with a London-based team on a broad range of domestic and international employment matters for blue-chip and global clients across sectors including financial services, TMT, pharmaceutical, transport, consumer, and retail.

Work will span global projects and transactions, high-profile domestic instructions, complex litigation, and strategic HR advisory. The successful candidate will advise on transactional employment issues (including diligence, disclosure schedules, carve-outs, and TUPE), redundancy processes, multi-jurisdictional projects (including restructuring, policy and contract reviews, pay equity, and compliance), Employment Tribunal claims (including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal pay), investigations, and data subject access requests. Some travel may be required.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with excellent academics and demonstrable employment experience gained in a leading practice. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, strong teamwork and client relationship skills, a client-first service orientation, high standards, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
