Well-established national employment law practice seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its Berkeley Heights office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings, including individual and class/collective matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting litigation from intake through trial or resolution, representing employers in court, arbitration and agency proceedings, and counseling and training client HR teams on workplace policies and compliance. The team handles a broad range of employment claims and values client-focused, business-oriented advice.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
4+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience; employment law background strongly preferred
Admission to the New Jersey bar in good standing
Experience with agency procedures and defending discrimination, retaliation, wage/hour, and class/collective claims
Excellent written and oral advocacy, organization, and project-management skills
