The role focuses on defending and litigating a broad range of workplace claims, handling agency matters, and advising employers on preventive and compliance-oriented strategies.
Typical work includes courtroom and administrative representation, arbitration and mediation, handling class/collective litigation, prosecuting and defending non‑compete matters, and counseling clients on policies, investigations, and training.
- JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- At least 2 years' experience in employment, labor, or related litigation practice
- Active bar admission in Nebraska, Iowa, or South Dakota (in good standing)
- Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures, strong written and oral advocacy, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
