Employment Litigation Associate — White Plains, NY

Seeking an experienced employment litigation associate to join a national labor & employment practice in the White Plains office. The role focuses on defending employers in a broad range of employment-related litigation and administrative matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, representing employers in court, arbitration and mediations, handling agency charges, and counseling clients on employment-law compliance and risk management. The team handles individual and class/collective actions across state and federal courts and agencies.

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• 4+ years of litigation experience; employment/labor law experience strongly preferred
• Admission to the NY Bar in good standing
• Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures (EEOC, state agencies)
• Strong written and oral advocacy, organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
