We are seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys to join our California practice, with openings across multiple offices in the San Diego, Carlsbad, and Inland Empire areas. We welcome candidates at all experience levels and offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and fully remote options.

Ideal candidates will have:

Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and research skills
Superior client service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality
Trial experience is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including discretionary and performance-based bonuses, and student loan repayment assistance. Our national base salary ranges are:

Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
Partners (approximately 7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.

Proven writing, analytical, and research skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
