Our firm is seeking an experienced employment litigator to join our Greenville office as a partner. The ideal candidate will have a robust practice in labor and employment law, with a focus on defending employers in complex litigation and counseling clients on workplace matters.

This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a thriving practice within a collaborative and well-respected law firm. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong book of business and a proven record of client service and business development.

Significant experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling.
Active bar membership in good standing in South Carolina or ability to obtain promptly.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client practice.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD).
