Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Greenville. The role will focus on delivering commercial banking and finance transactional work for a mix of regional and national clients.

Ideal candidate will lead and grow a portable finance practice, working collaboratively with other offices and practice groups. This is an opportunity to assume a senior client-facing role with support for business development and cross‑practice referrals.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (loan documentation, asset-based, commercial lending, syndicated/structured finance preferred)
Track record of originating or materially growing client engagements; portable business expected or demonstrated ability to generate referrals
Admission to practice in the relevant state or eligibility for admission; strong commercial judgment and client management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and mentor junior lawyers
