Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Greenville)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice group in the Greenville office with a focus on patent/IP litigation and corporate work. The role will help grow an established IP litigation platform while also supporting corporate governance and transactional matters across the region.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and demonstrable ability to originate and manage high-value matters. The team handles a mix of complex IP litigation, corporate transactions and select mass-torts and ERISA-related matters, and offers collaborative cross-office opportunities.

• Established partner with a portable book of business or clear origination track record
• Deep experience in patent/IP litigation and related counseling; transactional corporate experience a plus
• Proven client development skills and experience leading trial or high-stakes litigation teams
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify to practice
