Senior partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking a partner to lead and grow corporate, intellectual property and litigation capabilities from its Greenville office. The role will focus on transactional and contentious work across M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth companies and patent litigation, with scope to support ERISA/compensation matters where relevant.

The successful candidate will bring a strong portable practice, work collaboratively with regional offices on cross-office matters, and help expand client relationships in the Southeast. Compensation structure is flexible and may include compensation and equity options on a case-by-case basis.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in one or more of: M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth/venture work, or patent litigation
Proven originator with demonstrated client relationships and business development capability
Experience managing teams and collaborating across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
