Senior partner opportunity in a full-service US firm’s Greenville office. The practice has broad work across employment & labor, corporate transactions, intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation) and commercial litigation, with flexibility to collaborate across regional offices.

Search is focused on experienced lateral partners with a portable practice who can help grow core teams — priority given to candidates in corporate, IP (patent/IP litigation) and ERISA/benefits, though strong commercial litigators and mass-torts practitioners will also be considered. The office is part of a wider Southeast footprint and will coordinate with other regional locations on matters.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in one or more of: corporate transactions, IP litigation (including patents), employment & ERISA-related matters, or commercial/mass-torts litigation.
Portable client base or demonstrable origination/growth track record; partnership-level business development skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and to supervise teams on complex matters.
Bar admission and standing in relevant jurisdictions.
