Senior partner role to lead and grow an established energy regulatory practice in Houston. The position focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across traditional and renewable energy projects, with significant client-facing responsibility and team leadership.

Ideal for an experienced energy lawyer with deep regulatory knowledge who can advise on FERC-related issues and support transactional work across renewables and infrastructure. The role offers a platform to expand a portable book and shape a multidisciplinary team.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• 10+ years' experience in energy regulatory or transactional work
• Demonstrated experience with renewable energy transactions and regulatory strategy
• FERC experience or comparable federal/state regulatory experience preferred
