National law practice is seeking an Energy Transactions & Projects Associate or Counsel to join its renewable energy and infrastructure team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on transactional work across project development, project finance and related infrastructure matters.

Candidates will work on deals across renewable and conventional power, energy transition projects, tax equity, PPPs, data centers and downstream infrastructure. The team advises sponsors, lenders and other project stakeholders on complex, multi-party transactions.

2–6 years or 8+ years of relevant transactional experience (project development, project finance, energy/infrastructure).
Experience with renewable energy transactions, tax equity, PPPs, power or infrastructure deals.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; experience coordinating multi‑jurisdictional teams preferred.
Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from one of the firm’s U.S. offices.
