ERISA & Executive Compensation Associate — Silicon Valley

Mid- to senior-level associate opportunity in a busy ERISA and executive compensation practice based in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on advising public and private company clients on tax, securities and corporate aspects of equity-based and incentive compensation programs.

The team handles transactional and advisory matters; the successful candidate will work collaboratively on team-driven deals and manage components of transactions independently. Employee benefits/ERISA experience is a plus.

• 4-7 years' US practice experience in ERISA, executive compensation, or related employee benefits work
• Experience advising public and private companies on equity-based arrangements and incentive plans, including tax and securities-related issues
• Demonstrated ability to work on teams and to manage portions of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission preferred
