You will work on complex compensation and benefits issues connected to change‑in‑control scenarios and a range of corporate transactions (public and private equity deals, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings). There is opportunity to advise public-company clients on executive compensation disclosure and related compliance matters.
- 3–6 years' experience in executive compensation and employee benefits (ERISA, tax, and related state law experience a plus)
- Experience advising on change‑in‑control, equity compensation and transactional benefits issues; public company disclosure experience preferred
- Strong drafting, transactional documentation and project management skills
- Juris Doctor and admission to the relevant state bar (or eligible to be admitted)
