The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters arising in corporate transactions, financial restructurings and related securities work, including public company disclosure.
The team advises public and private companies, private equity and fund sponsors, executives, lenders and creditors on compensation and benefit plans and arrangements across M&A, bankruptcy/restructuring, corporate governance, securities and tax compliance issues.
This position requires regular in‑office attendance and candidates should have strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
- 2–3 years post‑qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Experience handling compensation issues in corporate transactions, restructurings and securities/public company disclosure
- Strong academic record and prior law firm experience
- Ability to work in person in the New York office
