Top-tier law firm seeks an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate for the San Francisco office. The role focuses on complex compensation and benefits matters, with substantial transactional work tied to change-in-control situations.

You will work on matters arising in public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings, and will have opportunities to assist with executive compensation disclosure for public companies. The team handles high-stakes, document-intensive matters and collaborates across corporate and restructuring practices.

3–6 years' experience in executive compensation & employee benefits practice.
Experience on change-in-control, M&A, bankruptcy, asset sale, IPO or financing-related compensation matters.
Experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure preferred.
Strong drafting, analytical and cross-team collaboration skills.
