Experienced Issues & Appeals Attorney

Our Litigation team is seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience to join our Issues and Appeals practice group. This full-time, partnership-track associate role will support a growing appellate practice.

• Appellate experience required
• Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Appellate judicial clerkship strongly preferred
• Position available in Washington, DC, Richmond, Austin, or Boston
• Licensure in the applicable jurisdiction preferred, and required within one year of joining

• Minimum 5 years of experience (class of 2021 or earlier)
