Our client, a leading law firm in Richmond, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its dynamic commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of complex matters, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting all phases of litigation.

Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Experience in federal court is highly desirable
Federal judicial clerkship strongly preferred, but not required
Admission to the Virginia Bar, or eligibility to promptly waive in
