Experienced Issues & Appeals Attorney

Our client's Litigation team seeks an experienced attorney with at least five years of practice to join its Issues and Appeals group. This full-time, partnership-track associate position supports a growing appellate practice and offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong appellate experience, an excellent academic record, and outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills. An appellate judicial clerkship is strongly preferred.

This position may be based in Washington, DC, Richmond, Austin, or Boston. Bar licensure in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred and required within one year of joining.

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, with a focus on appellate work
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Appellate judicial clerkship strongly preferred
• Bar licensure in the jurisdiction of the selected office (or ability to obtain within one year)
