Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced appellate associate or a federal appellate judicial clerk to join its Administrative and Regulatory Litigation Group in Washington, DC.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, growing team focused on appellate and regulatory litigation, handling complex administrative and constitutional law matters. You will take substantial responsibility on high-stakes cases, including Administrative Procedure Act and constitutional challenges, appellate and amicus briefs, and client counseling on rulemakings and emerging administrative-law issues. The group combines the close collaboration of a government-focused practice with the broader resources of a large firm.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, a strong interest in appellate, administrative, and constitutional law, and experience from a federal appellate judicial clerkship. A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required, along with admission to (or pursuit of) the DC Bar.
