Experienced Issues & Appeals Attorney

Our client’s Litigation team is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Issues and Appeals practice group. This full-time, partnership-track associate role offers the opportunity to support a growing appellate practice within a leading law firm.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience, a strong academic background, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Prior appellate experience and an appellate judicial clerkship are strongly preferred. The role may be based in any of several U.S. offices, and licensure in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred, with a requirement to become licensed within one year of joining.
