Experienced family law associate role in a major international practice group handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. The team advises on complex financial aspects of relationship breakdowns, cross-border custody and jurisdictional issues, and pre/post-nuptial agreements, supported by tax and private client specialists.

Day-to-day work includes managing divorce and financial remedy cases, drafting and negotiating marital agreements, representing clients in child custody and support matters, preparing court pleadings and motions, and providing strategic advice on international family law problems.

The role expects active contribution to the team's profile through business development, client relationship-building and thought leadership, while maintaining strong matter management and mentoring more junior lawyers.

J.D. (or equivalent) and active California bar membership in good standing
3–6 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm family law group
Proven experience managing complex financial divorce matters and cross-border family disputes
Strong drafting, litigation and court-pleading skills; excellent time and matter management
Demonstrable ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development
