FDA & Health Care Associate

Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 2+ years of experience (class of 2024 or earlier) to join its FDA & Health Care practice in Denver. The role focuses on government enforcement and regulatory matters involving drug and vaccine products.

Qualified candidates must have experience in at least some of the following areas:

• Medicare and Medicaid statutes and regulations related to drug coverage and reimbursement
• Federal government price reporting laws (e.g., Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B Average Sales Price, 340B Drug Pricing Program, Veterans Health Care Act)
• False Claims Act
• Anti-Kickback Statute

Strong academic credentials and advanced research, writing, and analytical skills are required.

• 2+ years of health regulatory or government enforcement experience involving drug and vaccine products
• JD from a top law school with strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Colorado or ability to obtain promptly
• Direct experience with one or more of the following: Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules, federal drug pricing statutes, False Claims Act, or Anti-Kickback Statute
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work collaboratively in a team
