Leading national law firm seeks a Finance Associate or Senior Associate for its Dallas office to join a high‑volume debt finance practice. The role offers significant exposure to complex leveraged and structured financings and the opportunity to work closely with senior deal teams on market‑defining transactions.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience representing commercial banks, private credit lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or investors across a range of credit transactions. The team emphasizes a collaborative culture, meaningful client contact, and formal associate training with opportunities for early responsibility and business development.

J.D. with admission to practice; approximately 4+ years' post‑qualification experience (J.D. class of 2022 or earlier)
Substantive experience on debt finance transactions — leveraged acquisitions, senior‑ and junior‑secured financings, mezzanine lending, and other structured credit investments
Experience representing lenders, sponsors, borrowers and/or credit investors on commercial bank and private credit matters
Experience or interest in private credit, data‑center/asset financing, and alternative capital structures is a plus
