Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a finance and banking practice in the firm's Miami office. The role focuses on originating and executing commercial finance, lending and related transactional matters, while expanding client relationships across the region.

Ideal for a rainmaking partner who will build and mentor a team, collaborate with a national platform, and contribute to practice strategy and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial finance and banking transactions (lender and/or borrower-side)
• Demonstrated business origination and client relationship skills
• Experience leading and mentoring fee-earning teams; admitted or eligible to practice in Florida
