Seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join a Financial Markets group in the Dallas office. The role focuses on leveraged finance and asset-based lending matters, with responsibility for deal structuring, drafting key documents and managing transactions from negotiation through closing.

The team handles complex financings for both lenders and borrowers. The position requires comfort with significant client interaction, working collaboratively across teams and taking on high-level drafting and deal-management duties.
