Senior associate-level position within a Hong Kong financial markets / securities team handling capital markets and listed-company matters. The role focuses on IPO work, Hong Kong capital markets transactions, and related compliance support for listed clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting transaction documents, regulatory filings, and client-facing advisory work in both English and Chinese. The team offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-quality client work and tight deadlines.

Qualified to practise in Hong Kong with 1–5 years PQE
Demonstrable experience on HK IPOs and other capital markets transactions
Experience with listed-company compliance and private equity-related transactions advantageous
Strong drafting and oral skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin); attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Team-player who can also work independently in a busy practice
