First-Year Corporate Associate — M&A (New York)

We are seeking a first-year corporate associate to join a leading Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in New York, with a Fall 2021 start.

The role offers the opportunity to work within a globally recognized transactional team, supporting clients on a broad range of M&A and corporate matters from the outset of your career.

This position is open to 3L law students graduating in 2021 who are looking to begin their legal career in a dynamic corporate practice.
