Fund Formation Associate

Our New York office seeks a fund formation associate with 3–7 years of experience to support our dynamic corporate practice.

• Represent sponsors in the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds.
• Advise fund managers on regulatory matters, including the Advisers Act and related compliance.
• Work on investor-side representation matters as applicable.

Ideal candidates will bring strong sponsor-side experience in fund formation and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting fund managers.

• 3–7 years of experience in fund formation, with sponsor-side private equity and/or hedge fund experience required.
• Investor-side representation experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory matters affecting fund managers, including the Advisers Act, preferred.
