Global Finance Associate — New York

A global finance team is seeking a junior associate (2-3 years' experience) to join its expanding New York practice. The role involves working on complex financing transactions and credit arrangements for a mix of bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.

Ideal candidates will have solid law firm finance experience, strong academic credentials and admission to practice in New York. The team offers exposure to market-leading deals within a busy, transaction-focused group.

• 2-3 years' experience in finance/leveraged finance transactions
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York
• Demonstrated experience executing complex credit arrangements and lending transactions
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience
• Prepared to provide cover letter, resume, law school transcript and deal sheet
