Our firm is seeking a dynamic attorney with 3-5 years of government contracts and grants experience to join our National Security practice in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will advise clients on government contracts and grants terms, compliance, and administration, and assist with the negotiation of prime and subcontracts and teaming agreements.

Experience with OTAs, SBA and SBIR rules, GSA/FSS programs, and financial assistance agreements is required. You will also advise deal teams, clients, and investors on government contracts and grants in the context of M&A and financing transactions, including diligence and novations.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside team members handling foreign investment, export controls, sanctions, FCC, FAA, and other related regulatory areas. We welcome candidates with experience in any of these areas. In-house experience is highly desirable.

3-5 years of government contracts and grants experience
Experience with OTAs, SBA and SBIR rules, GSA/FSS programs, and financial assistance agreements
Experience in M&A and financing transactions involving government contracts

In-house experience preferred
Strong academic credentials
