The role will sit in a multidisciplinary team that handles government contracts, national security-related matters, and related investigations and litigation.
The position offers substantive responsibility on government-contracts compliance, bid protests, contract litigation, and coordinated matters that intersect with white-collar investigations and False Claims Act work. The team represents government contractors, industry clients and other stakeholders across federal procurement and national-security issues.
This is a hands-on role for a mid-level attorney seeking client-facing work in a high-profile government-focused practice within a well-resourced international firm. Compensation and benefits are competitive for major law firms.
- 6–8 years post-JD legal experience (excluding judicial clerkships)
- Substantive experience in government contracts and federal procurement matters
- Experience with white-collar defense, investigations, and False Claims Act work
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom/procurement litigation skills; ability to manage client matters and collaborate across teams
