Seeking a mid‑senior counsel to join a national practice focused on defense, national security, and government contracts. The team handles bid protests, contract compliance, disputes, and related white‑collar investigations, including False Claims Act matters.

The role will be based in Washington, DC and offers regular collaboration with cross‑office teams on government contract counseling, investigations, and dispute resolution matters for public‑sector and regulated clients. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.

  • JD and active bar admission (DC preferred) or eligibility to be admitted.
  • 6–8 years post‑JD experience (excluding clerkships) with substantive government contracts and related investigations/white‑collar work.
  • Experience advising on contract compliance, bid protests, FCA matters, or criminal/administrative investigations.
  • Proven drafting, investigative, and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively across practices and offices.
