An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in the Boston office. This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with a strong healthcare and life sciences focus to help grow an existing, well-regarded practice serving clients across the healthcare sector.

The role involves advising healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences companies on a broad range of regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practices, contributing to business development and client relationship management at the highest level.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to become admitted)
Strong regulatory and transactional healthcare background
Excellent business development and client relationship skills
