Lateral Partner, Technology & Healthcare — Boston

Seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a privacy and data-protection practice serving technology and healthcare clients from the Boston office. The role emphasizes client origination, market-facing leadership, and cross-practice collaboration on complex privacy, compliance and data-security matters.

The partner will work with in-house and external stakeholders across product, health‑tech and regulated-health environments, managing engagements, mentoring fee-earners, and expanding the office level client base. This is a visible role with responsibility for strategy, business development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising technology and healthcare clients on privacy, data protection and related compliance matters
• Proven track record of client origination and team leadership
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boston office
