In-House Lawyer | Conflicts of Interest Unit (Temporary Position)

We are seeking a lawyer with 2–3 years of experience to join, on a temporary basis, the Conflicts & Validation Unit within the Compliance in-house team at our Madrid office.

You will be part of the team responsible for reviewing risks associated with the onboarding of new clients, matters, and payers, and you will play a key role in managing the firm's ethical, commercial, reputational, and strategic risks.

Minimum requirements:

• Law Degree or Law and Business Administration Degree
• 2–3 years of experience in Compliance
• Knowledge of legal ethics and professional conduct, particularly the Spanish General Statute of the Legal Profession and its application to conflicts of interest
• Understanding of corporate structures, group companies, M&A, restructurings, and financing transactions
• Professionalism, commitment, proactivity, and autonomy
• Intermediate to advanced English
