A truly global, collaborative team of finance professionals seeks a Senior Associate to join its London-based Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) - Finance group. This practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the world, with a broad scope and real-world relevance across domestic, European and international markets.

The successful candidate will work on the financing aspects of infrastructure, energy, resources and project transactions across the full asset lifecycle and across sectors including renewables, power, clean energy, utilities, transport, defence, healthcare, mining, oil and gas and digital. The team covers acquisition finance, project finance, PPPs, portfolio financings, fund financings, corporate finance, refinancing and restructuring.

You will join a growing global platform that regularly represents project sponsors, investors, lenders and financial institutions, funds, contractors, insurers, sovereigns and governments on complex, market-leading projects across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and the United States.

Banking lawyer with infrastructure, energy, resources and project finance experience.
Ideally 5–7 PQE (or equivalent experience).
Mix of experience across infrastructure finance and project finance, or a stronger focus in one area.
Current experience at a leading City or US firm.
Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
Outstanding technical skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to lead transactions as appropriate, reporting directly to the supervising partner.
Strong project management, organisational and time management skills.
Motivated, reliable, flexible and resilient under pressure.
Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
