Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm's US litigation practice as an Innovation Attorney focused on applying advanced legal technology to litigation workflows. This role advises lawyers and matter teams on practical uses of generative AI, data & analytics, and productivity tools to increase efficiency, quality, and client value.
You will act as a bridge between litigators, clients, and technology teams: configuring platforms, developing templated workflows, onboarding and collaborating with client teams on shared solutions, and promoting adoption through targeted training and outreach. The role reports into practice/technology leadership and partners with practice leaders, technology teams, risk, and business development.
Typical responsibilities include piloting case-specific tech solutions, scaling successful practices across groups, evaluating third-party products, supporting secure and ethical use of AI, and providing pragmatic, client-facing guidance on legal tech adoption.
- J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to a U.S. state bar
- Approximately 2 years post-qualification experience; litigation experience required
- Hands-on familiarity with legal technology, AI tools, and data/analytics in a legal setting
- Experience in solution design, business analysis, or client-facing consulting roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
- Proven ability to drive adoption, create workflows/templates, and work collaboratively across teams
