Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national insurance-coverage practice in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role focuses on insurance-coverage counseling and declaratory-relief litigation, primarily involving first-party property and general liability matters.

The position requires hands-on litigation work: drafting coverage opinions, managing discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and appearing in federal court. Candidates will work with a team representing insurers, reinsurers, and other insurance-industry entities across state and federal forums.

2–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, with insurance coverage experience preferred
Admission to the Florida Bar required
Federal court experience required
