National insurance-coverage practice is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of insurance-coverage experience to join a team handling complex coverage disputes on behalf of insurers and reinsurers. The role is open to candidates based in Texas for a remote arrangement.

Work will focus on coverage analysis and opinions, and defending or prosecuting first- and third-party coverage and bad-faith matters. The position involves litigation tasks such as taking depositions, attending court conferences, drafting and arguing motions, and producing high-quality legal research and writing.

3–5 years of insurance-coverage experience (including coverage opinions and litigation)
Experience with first- and third-party coverage disputes and bad-faith matters
Courtroom/litigation experience (depositions, hearings, motion practice); trial experience a plus
Strong research, drafting and analytical skills; excellent academic record
Admitted to the Texas Bar
