Strong litigation background, including proposing litigation strategy; communicating with clients and opposing counsel; drafting reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and participating in mediations and trials.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with substantive familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures.
Experience in premises liability, motor vehicle negligence (including UM and UIM claims), negligent security, professional liability, and wrongful death claims.
