Intellectual Property Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Top-tier national litigation team is hiring an Associate to join a rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on complex patent litigation matters in federal courts and trade proceedings.

Ideal candidates will have solid litigation experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to take and defend depositions. The group offers a competitive compensation package and a full suite of benefits.

• Minimum 2 years of IP litigation experience (federal courts and/or U.S. ITC)
• Admission to the D.C. bar required
• Proven drafting and written advocacy skills; excellent attention to detail
• Experience taking and defending depositions strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials
