An interim opportunity for a senior corporate commercial lawyer to support a key client within a flexible resourcing team at a leading international law firm. The engagement is expected to be full-time and can be carried out remotely.

The consultant will negotiate agreements with minimal supervision, working directly with a client team while receiving support from a sponsoring partner and access to the firm's resources and know-how.

Dutch-qualified lawyer with corporate commercial experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment
Experience with technology, market data and facilities contracts
Ability to negotiate agreements with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
Collaborative, problem-solving approach and comfort working autonomously within a wider team
Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship unavailable)
