We are seeking junior to mid-level corporate lawyers to join a flexible resourcing team at a leading international law firm. This interim role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of corporate matters for high-quality clients.

The work will include M&A (public and private, domestic and cross-border), private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, general company law issues, and corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

As a consultant, you will be fully supported by a sponsoring partner and encouraged to engage regularly with the client team. You will have access to the firm's resources and know-how, as well as training and development opportunities, and will be invited to networking events exclusively for consultants.

Qualified lawyer with corporate experience from a leading private practice
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Capable of working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
