Interim role for a derivatives and structured products lawyer to support transaction execution and regulatory compliance for financial markets clients. The position sits within a flexible interim resourcing programme operated by a major international firm and is focused on delivering day-to-day legal support on derivatives and structured product matters.

You will draft and review transactional documentation, assess capacity and authority issues, and work with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution. The role offers access to the firm’s resources, know‑how and training while you are on assignment, and includes sponsorship and support from a designated partner and client team.

The programme emphasises flexible working and regular engagement with the firm’s network of interim consultants, plus invitations to firm events and professional development opportunities.

4–5 years PQE with demonstrable derivatives and structured products experience
Proven ability to produce high‑quality first drafts of transactional documents
Understanding of capacity, authority and risk issues in financial transactions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to work effectively in an interim/consulting setting
