An interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced equities derivatives lawyer to support a global financial institution on a flexible-resourcing basis, operating within a fast-paced trading and structuring environment.

Working closely with the client's markets and trading teams, you will advise on equities derivatives matters, drawing on deep familiarity with trading division integration and industry practice. The role offers direct engagement with the client team alongside ongoing support from a sponsoring partner.

This is a full-time engagement set up.

Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years' PQE
Substantial equities derivatives or broader markets experience
Strong familiarity with markets/trading division integration and industry practices
Problem-solving outlook with a collaborative approach
Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-moving environment against tight deadlines
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship unavailable)
